Feliz Tryhidad Day 8
Introducing Team Backlog Update
Another day, another cool feature to share with our amazing community. We noticed a high interest from the community in what is going on behind the scenes, what is being worked on, and what new features can be expected. Therefore, we want to introduce our TryHards Community Backlog.
Web development projects are often very complex and require great project management. Unfortunately, the course of a larger project cannot always be predicted accurately, due to changing circumstances or unexpected complications. Therefore, agile methods are used more and more often, as they make it easier to react to short-term changes and to adapt the project planning.
In Scrum, the project duration is divided into sprints. A sprint can last between 1 and 4 weeks. During this time, new functionality is added to the product or existing functionality is improved. It is important that a sprint never lasts longer than is planned in advance. However, if the requirements change during a sprint, they can be canceled. At the end of each sprint, a fully functional intermediate product should be available for review by the client. Based on their feedback, the work on the product can continue.
We at TryHards do a weekly sprint, and we as a team thought it would be great to share with you guys what we are currently working on.
This week, besides our upcoming Feliz TryHidad events, we are focusing on fixing bugs on our dApp.
Stay tuned, as we will be sharing an updated Community Backlog every couple of weeks so that you are always on top of what is being worked on at TryHards. We can assure you that we are working around the clock to improve your experience and to deliver the awesome, ground-breaking game we promised to the community.
